Who We Are

Certified Apple Services was founded by Jared Myers, a former Apple Genius, trainer, and customer success expert who helped over 11,000 customers annually during his 7-year career at Apple. After seeing the growing need for personalized, patient, and premium-level support beyond the Genius Bar, Jared created Certified Apple Services to fill that gap, giving everyday users and small businesses a trusted expert they can count on.

From hands-on setup to remote troubleshooting and business device optimization, our services are designed for one thing: helping you get the most from your Apple technology, with no stress, no jargon, and no wasted time.

We’re based in Winter Haven, FL, and proudly serve the greater Central Florida region. We offer remote support across the country and in-person service throughout Polk County, including:
